Smilaxdirect.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather, FedEx/UPS or other shipping delays or unsuccessful deliveries. Orders will not be refunded for delays outside our control. Ground shipping deliveries have no time requirements for day of delivery and may be delivered in the evening. Priority Overnight shipments generally delivery by 10:30 AM however some locations have later delivery commitments. Check FedEx.com for priority overnight times to your location.

The delivery date you select at checkout is used by smilaxdirect.com to schedule your shipping day based on the delivery method you chose. We are not responsible for delays in shipping time.
