Refund policy

We accept cancellations of all orders up to 5PM eastern on the Friday before your shipment is scheduled to be delivered. A 5% cancellation fee will apply to cover any credit card transaction fees. Orders cancelled after that time will only be refunded the shipping charges for that order. All quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery of product. Please open and inspect your shipment upon arrival. Refunds granted will be issued for the purchase price of the product only and to the credit card used at the time of the purchase. GROUND SHIPPING CHARGES CANNOT BE REFUNDED. Priority and Southwest shipping charges will be refunded if there is a quality issue.
